Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every item you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at hi.brillare@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
We will offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

 

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

 

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email hi.brillare@gmail.com

 

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, as we begin processing immediately.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
